Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time at this resort, thanks to its prime location near shopping, restaurants, and Waikiki Beach. The pools were enjoyable and the staff was quite helpful. However, we faced long wait times for the elevator and missed regular housekeeping services. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but a little improvement in those areas would make it perfect.
I had an amazing stay at the Ilikai! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. While we enjoyed our time, it was disappointing that the dining options could have been better, and it was slightly noisy at times. Overall, it was great value for the experience we had.
The resort is in a fantastic location, offering a quieter experience at the end of Waikiki Beach while still being close to all the hustle and bustle. Our unit was clean but could use some maintenance, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy and inconsistent. The staff was friendly, but we encountered some issues with the concierge service when we declined a timeshare presentation. Overall, it’s decent for a relaxing stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a fantastic 3-night stay at this beautiful resort with private beach access. The staff was attentive and provided great local tips, enhancing our experience. My room was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. The only downside was that it didn’t offer a beachfront view despite my request, but overall, I felt very comfortable and welcomed during my stay.
